Frequently asked questions
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start. This helps with mic setup and a smooth recording.
Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after your session and after full payment. Video editing add-ons may increase delivery time.
Up to 4 participants are included. Additional participants require prior approval and may incur extra fees.
After full payment, you receive full rights to use and monetise the final deliverables. The Studio retains a promotional right to short excerpts unless you opt out.
If you cancel more than 7 days before the session, 50 percent of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less before the session, the deposit is non refundable. One reschedule can be allowed within 30 days subject to availability.
