Contrat de licence utilisateur final (CLUF) de UGLAP® - GROOVE LIKE A PIG®

Ce Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final («CLUF») est un accord juridique entre vous et GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ.

Cet accord CLUF régit votre acquisition et votre utilisation de notre logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® («Logiciel») directement à partir de GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ ou indirectement via un revendeur ou distributeur agréé GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ (un «Revendeur ”).

Veuillez lire attentivement cet accord CLUF avant de terminer le processus d’installation et d’utiliser le logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG®. Il fournit une licence pour utiliser le logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® et contient des informations sur la garantie et des clauses de non-responsabilité.

Si vous vous inscrivez pour un essai gratuit du logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG®, cet accord CLUF régira également cet essai. En cliquant sur «Accepter» ou en installant et / ou en utilisant le logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG®, vous confirmez votre acceptation du Logiciel et acceptez d’être lié par les termes de cet accord CLUF.

Si vous concluez cet accord CLUF au nom d’une société ou d’une autre entité juridique, vous déclarez que vous avez le pouvoir de lier cette entité et ses affiliés à ces termes et conditions. Si vous ne disposez pas d’une telle autorité ou si vous n’acceptez pas les termes et conditions de cet accord CLUF, n’installez pas et n’utilisez pas le Logiciel et vous ne devez pas accepter cet accord CLUF.

Cet accord CLUF s’applique uniquement au logiciel fourni par GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ, indépendamment du fait que d’autres logiciels soient mentionnés ou décrits ici. Les conditions s’appliquent également à toutes les mises à jour, suppléments, services Internet et services d’assistance de GROOVE LIKE A PUBLISHING OÜ pour le Logiciel, sauf si d’autres conditions accompagnent ces articles lors de la livraison. Dans l’affirmative, ces termes s’appliquent.

Octroi de licence

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ vous accorde par la présente une licence personnelle, non transférable et non exclusive pour utiliser le logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® sur vos appareils conformément aux termes de cet accord CLUF.

Vous êtes autorisé à charger le logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® (par exemple un PC, un ordinateur portable, un mobile ou une tablette) sous votre contrôle. Vous êtes responsable de vous assurer que votre appareil répond aux exigences minimales du logiciel UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG®.

Vous n’êtes pas autorisé à:

Editer, altérer, modifier, adapter, traduire ou autrement changer tout ou partie du Logiciel, ni permettre à tout ou partie du Logiciel d’être combiné avec ou de devenir incorporé dans tout autre logiciel, ni décompiler, désassembler ou faire de l’ingénierie inverse. Logiciel ou tentative de faire de telles choses.
Reproduire, copier, distribuer, revendre ou utiliser autrement le logiciel à des fins commerciales.
Autoriser tout tiers à utiliser le Logiciel au nom ou au profit d’un tiers.
Utiliser le logiciel d’une manière qui enfreint toute loi locale, nationale ou internationale applicable.
Utiliser le logiciel à des fins que GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ considère comme une violation de cet accord CLUF

Propriété intellectuelle et propriété

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ conservera à tout moment la propriété du logiciel tel que vous l’avez initialement téléchargé et de tous les téléchargements ultérieurs du logiciel par vous. Le Logiciel (et les droits d’auteur et autres droits de propriété intellectuelle de quelque nature que ce soit sur le Logiciel, y compris les modifications qui y sont apportées) sont et resteront la propriété de GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ.

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ se réserve le droit d’accorder des licences d’utilisation du logiciel à des tiers.

Résiliation

Cet accord CLUF est en vigueur à partir de la date à laquelle vous utilisez le logiciel pour la première fois et continuera jusqu’à sa résiliation. Vous pouvez le résilier à tout moment sur notification écrite à GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ support[@]groovelikeapig.com.

Il prendra également fin immédiatement si vous ne respectez pas l’une des conditions de cet accord CLUF. Lors d’une telle résiliation, les licences accordées par cet accord CLUF prendront immédiatement fin et vous acceptez d’arrêter tout accès et toute utilisation du Logiciel. Les dispositions qui, de par leur nature, perdurent et survivront survivront à toute résiliation de cet accord CLUF.

Loi applicable

Cet accord CLUF, et tout litige découlant de ou en relation avec cet accord CLUF, seront régis et interprétés conformément aux lois de ee (Estonie).

End-User License Agreement (EULA) of UGLAP® - GROOVE LIKE A PIG®

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software (“Software”) directly from GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ or indirectly through a GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ authorized reseller or distributor (a “Reseller”).

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software. It provides a license to use the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking “accept” or installing and/or using the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

Licence Grant

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the UGLAP® – GROOVE LIKE A PIG® software.

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
use the Software for any purpose that GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ.

GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to GROOVE LIKE A PIG PUBLISHING OÜ.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ee (Estonia).
